Returns & Refunds

Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise, in sellable condition with all tags in place, for a full refund within this time frame. Garments that are returned with signs of wear, tags missing, or returned outside of our 30 days return window will not be accepted.

Please allow 3 to 7 business days to process the return once it’s received. Eligible returned items can be refunded via the original payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!

Currently we do not generate return labels for any shipments, customers will be responsible for their return shipments & cost. Please contact us at contact@afterhrs.com for the return details.

Afterhours is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number. For your security, we suggest requesting and keeping hold of all proof of postage receipts, until the return has been fully processed.
